Abhaya Murder: Defence Counsel move HC
- The Defence Counsel has moved plea challenging the Ernakulam Chief Judicial Magistrate ruling that the three suspect arrested Father Thomas Kottor, Father Joes Phthrukayil and Sister Seffey by CBI in connection with the murder of Sister Abhaya may be send to CBI custody till December 2nd.
