Kutty Sranku features Mammootty as a Chavittunatakam artist. The story revolves around the character of Mammootty who is known by different names in different areas.
The film feature three heroines, Padmapriya, Kamalinee Mukherjee and Meenakumari from Srilanka .
The film also casts Kozhikode Sharada, Suresh Krishna, Siddhique, Krishnan, Rajiv Kalamasserry and Rajesh Sharma.
The film is directed by the award winning director Shaji N. Karun.
The film is produced by Reliance Entertainment under the banner of Big Motion Pictures, the first-ever production by Anil Ambani’s newly launched entertainment concern in Malayalam.
The film is based on the change in seasons, environmental and climatic changes.It unfolds through the impressions three women living on different islands form of him when he arrives to deliver supplies.
