Kochi, Tuesday, August 19, 2008: The CBI has informed the Kerala High Court that, even though they are convinced that Sister Abhaya had been murdered, and has information on who the culprits are, it is unable to make any arrest following lack of evidence against the suspects.
However, the original CDs containing the Narco analysis test performed upon the suspects were bought by the High Court. The Court also pointed out that the CBI hadn’t produced all the CDs yesterday.
The CBI also informed that Narco CDs submitted yesterday were not tampered with. Two priests Father Thomas Kottoor and Jose Puthrikkayl and sister Sephy were subjected to Narco test by CBI in Banglore and were thoroughly interrogated at CBI headoffice in New Delhi.

The convicts should be put before the law as earlier as possible. The reason that they are saying not for punishing them is lack of evidence. Then what will they call the results they reached throughout more than a decade long investigation?
