Thiruvananthapuram, Saturday, November 08, 2008: Amidst growing fears of Global recession a chartered flight from United Kingdom with the first batch of foreign tourists will arrive at the Thiruvananthapuram International Airport here today, marking the start of another peak tourist season in the State. It is expected to touch down at the international airport here at 8 a.m.
Although Kerala is touted as a 365-day destination, arrival of the first chartered flight from the U.K. heralds the four-month peak season commencing in November.
