Kozhikode, Sunday 27 Oct 2008: Rs 80 million will be granted for compensating the farmers who suffered heavy agricultural losses in the incessant rains in Kuttanad and Kozhikode, Agricultural minister Mullakkara Ratnakaran yesterday said.
Talking to reporters after visiting the places badly affected by rains in Kuttanad. A high level meet will be convened today to evaluate the losses in detail, Minister said.
