Kannur, Friday 14 November 2008: CPM state secretary Pinarayi Vijayan said that the RSS was preparing for big attacks and the 125 crude bombs recovered from Kannur on Thursday is an indication towards that.

Pinarayi demanded a special investigation team to look into the case. A change is palpable in the functioning of RSS as now they are acting like terrorists.

Their involvement in the Malegaon blast is an example to this, he said. All secularists and peace believers should be ready to open up against the RSS.

When asked about M Mukundan’s statement on V S Achuthanandan, Pinarayi said ‘no one should try to evaluate him and VS. The media is unnecessarily blowing up the whole matter and such ventures will never succeed to separate VS, and me’ Pinarayi Vijayan said.
