New Delhi, Monday 22 sept 2008: The Supreme Court today accepted the bail plea of fake godman Santhosh Madhavan, arrested in many cases including rape of minor girls and cheating cases. It was Justice Ashok Bhan, who accepted the bail plea of Santhosh Madhavan.
The court today ordered to send a notice to Ernakulam central station circle inspector in the case. The Kerala High Court had earlier dismissed the bail pleas of the fake godman.

lET IT BE PROVED WITH CONCRETE EVIDENCE THAT THIS MAN sANTHOSH IS A FAKE.tHEN WE SHALL EMOTE……
it is such a hopeless decision by the supreme court to accept the bail plea to such a big criminal. this encourages the criminals in India.

No point in resenting bail for Santosh Madhavan. What about the other bigger criminals in the government and outside who work for such Madhavans and still enjoy the freedom and power? — Kutty
The Hon.S.C.should not have even accepted the Plea.If he will be released on bail he will surely distroy the evidences with him.
