New Delhi, Monday, November 03, 2008: The Apex Court deferred the hearing of bail plea of controversial godman Santhosh Madhavan alias Amritha Chaitanya to November 25th.
Earlier, the Kerala High Court had dismissed the bail plea of Santhosh Madhavan who was arrested by police on the basis of a complaint filed by Serafin Edwin a Keralite woman who had alleged that the self-styled godman had cheated her of Rs 45 lakh.
The Interpol had also send a look out notice for the godman in the same case in 2004. Santhosh Madhavan also faces molestation charges.
