Thiruvananthapuram, Sunday, October 19, 2008: Food and Civil Supplies Minister C. Divakaran is having discussion with Mill owners to settle the dispute regarding Wheat procurement in the State.
Yesterday, talks between Civil Supplies MD Yogesh Gupta and Mill owners had failed. The chief demand put forward by mill owners is to raise the procurement price of wheat to 174 per quintal.
